INTECH GmbH is in a position to arrange manufacturing of moving blades and other components of hot section using reverse engineering for all the above gas turbine models.

Installation of an integrated system for gas turbine status monitoring

This software package is an exclusive product, having no in-kind counterparts, even from GE, Siemens and Alstom (the software package is designated for downtime reduction and on-line monitoring of gas turbine operation in real time with visualization of DLE engine parameters). This software also supports environmental operation of gas turbines with efficient reduction in NOx, CO and CO2 emissions. This system has been already used at several plants in Europe and has a proven record of operation.

Treatment of turbine vanes and blades

Maintenance and service packages include

    Semi-annual inspection:

  • visual inspection of gas turbines
  • boroscopic inspection of gas turbines;
  • functional check and testing of auxiliary gas turbine systems

    Annual inspection:

  • visual inspection of gas turbines;
  • boroscopic inspection of gas turbines;
  • functional check and testing of auxiliary gas turbine systems;
  • calibration of instrumentation/transmitters on gas turbines.

    Intermediate inspection:

  • it is designated to reveal the condition of components (blades and vanes) for subsequent, if required, recovery or replacement
  • Inspection and replacement of seals in line with maintenance regulations for a given turbine model;
  • Replacement of vanes or entire hot section units;
  • Full major repair of gas turbines.

Repair and extension of service life of turbine blades

  • Removal of protection coating
  • Repair of edges with welding or low-pressure moulding
  • High-strength low-pressure moulding for difficult-to-weld alloys and heavy damages with foreign matters
  • Recovery heat treatment to restore alloy creep resistance
  • MCrAlY/thermal barrier or another coating depending on operation procedures

Revamping of gas turbine vanes

  • Recovery of aerofoil walls
  • Repair of distortion and bending, adjustment of internal band dimensions
