We are interested in those manufacturers who are searching for good-faith distributors to deliver their equipment to the industrial enterprises in Russia (Moscow, Ural (Nizhniy Tagil), Bashkortostan (Ufa), Lipetsk, Cherepovets), as well as to the CIS countries: Kazakhstan (Almaty, Atyrau), Uzbekistan (Tashkent), the Baltic states, Belarus, Turkmenistan.

The management and managers of the Company are perfectly aware of the Russian and CIS markets and their applicable laws. They systematically monitor and react promptly to the changes in the market, know industry peculiarities of the customers’ financial and business activities. All our managers have a wide customer base and a broad sales experience in Russia in the countries of the former Soviet Union. The managers have established relations and contacts with potential consumers of your products – all that enables them to carry out efficient sales and provide for a quick adoption of your products into the new market as well as to develop and expand your business. The Company’s personnel regularly communicates and holds meetings with our customers, presents the latest achievements of our partner-manufacturers. They explore technical tasks, keep constantly in touch with all services of our customers. Therefore we are well aware of specific character of work in Russia and CIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Baltic States etc.) we know well the equipment which the industrial enterprises are equipped with, and their most vital modernization needs.

Once we become an official distributor, our skilled managers and marketing department will carry out the necessary marketing research, your product market overview with estimation of the demands at the enterprises in Russia and CIS countries, of such market volume, potential and possible growth level, and analysis of the industry as a whole.

The Company’s personnel will analyze possible potential consumers of your products, find out what product of your range is of most interest for the potential customers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc., how to expand this customer circle, what is the future for such products in this region.

INTECH GmbH / ИНТЕХ ГмбХ will strengthen competitiveness of your products not only on the Russian market (Moscow, Ural (Nizhniy Tagil), Bashkortostan (Ufa), Lipetsk, Cherepovets), but also in various CIS countries: Kazakhstan (Almaty, Atyrau), Uzbekistan (Tashkent), the Baltic States, where we have our representative offices. The personnel there is able to intensively promote your products not only in Russian, but also in national language of the country where the business development is planned. We will help with adaptation and modernization of your equipment to the requirements of the industrial enterprises and coordinate the equipment delivery to our customers.

Once INTECH GmbH / ИНТЕХ ГмбХ becomes your distributor, if needed it will arrange for certification of separate equipment consignments of manufacturer, different product and manufacture types as a whole according to the standards of Russia and other CIS countries. The engineering Company INTECH GmbH / ИНТЕХ ГмбХ will provide for an expertise for the certificates receipt (GOST R, Fire safety, Phytosanitary control and Approval for hazardous area equipment application issued by Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection of Russia (ROSTECHNADZOR), as well as complete data sheets according to the Russian Federation standards (GOST RF).

As your official distributor our Company finds the buyers for your products on the market, holds technical and commercial negotiations with the customers on your equipment deliveries and concludes contracts. In case a tender is required we will collect and prepare all the necessary documentation for the participation, conclude all the required contracts for your equipment delivery: with tax services, transfer banks, expert and various consulting agencies. The Company has its own logistics department, which will provide for the required goods transportation, packing and loading and deliver it DAP or DDP customer’s warehouse. They will follow all the legal rules and requirements, which are necessary for work on the particular market, and organize an after-sales service for your products.
