Quality concept:

Specialized production of castings from steel and superalloys based on nickel and cobalt was implemented:

  • IN 713C, IN 713LC, IN 738LC, IN 792 5A;
  • MAR M247, GTD-111, FSX-414;
  • N 155, 141I, 141J;
  • Stellite 6, Stellite 12, Stellite 31.

Quality certificates: As 9100, ISO 9001, 14001, NADCAP.

Laboratory tests

  • Non-destructive tests:
    • Detection of defects by X-ray machine in castings (RTG);
    • Detection of surface defects by dye penetrant testing (FPI);
    • detection of surface and internal defects in ferromagnetic materials by magnetic analysis;
    • Detection of defects by ultrasound in materials and welding seams.
  • Mechanical, chemical, and metallographic testing of materials:
    • Determination of chemical composition of the material;
    • Analysis of macrostructure;
    • Measuring of microhardness.
  • Metrological service in the field of measuring of the lengths, angles, diameters.

Manufacturing of wheels and blades of turbochargers

Wheels and blades of turbochargers made from the alloys IN 713C, IN 713LC, Mar 247. IN 713C, IN 713LC, Mar 247.

Mass of wheels: 0.15 kg - 44 kg (0.33 - 97 lb)

Manufacturing of blades for GTP

  • Casting of workpieces, processing, application of coating;
  • Working and distributing blades, segments, plates for gas turbines;
  • Alloys: IN 738LC, FSX-414, MAR M247, GTD-111, IN100 and B1914;

Mass of blades: 0.1 – 30 kg (3.5 oz – 66 lb);

Weight of blades: 50 – 400 mm (2 – 16 in).

Coating of blades

  • Coating method "Out of Pack";
  • Equipment: SECO / WARWICK furnace VVTR - 5016/16.

Vacuum heat treatment

  • Heat treatment in vacuum, nitrogen and argon;
  • Annealing of steel and non-ferrous alloys;
  • Equipment: SECO / WARWICK 15, vacuum furnace OVPT-4025

Maximum load weight: 400 kg.
