Our Company's personnel regularly communicate with and meet our customers, visit enterprises to identify engineering problems, collect technical documentation, complete a variety of questionnaires and collect initial data. Our Company organizes in our offices presentations of current development of our foreign partners for our Customers. Our staff is familiar with service peculiarities in the Former Soviet Union Region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Baltic States etc.) familiar with the equipment that is installed at the works and aware of the latest upgrade demand.

We can then offer our customer an optimal solution to any problem after a fundamental analysis of the Customer’s request: a quick search for an engineering solution, the most efficient equipment and its parts for later installation taking account of energy saving technologies (for example external combustion engine, filling station, equipment meeting the latest API, ISO and DIN world standards. This process may also include both basic and detailed engineering and feasibility studies for the solution chosen by us, carrying out various technical assessments. Afterwards, the Commercial Department holds technical and commercial negotiations with Customer’s representatives.

The Company has its own Logistics Department that can arrange delivery of equipment and its parts to a customer's choice of DAP/DDP location (Incoterms 2010). Professionals with corresponding build-up and certificates supervise the installation of delivered equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s advice, along with further commissioning. Our engineering company can ensure further guarantee and post-guarantee services and its qualified specialists can provide the customer’s personnel with necessary training and consultations. Moreover, our Company attends to its Customers all the time, during the operation of the supplied equipment you can always request assistance and we will be glad to provide you with our support!
