These certificates provides permission to operate your equipment at all industrial plants of the EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan), including the hazardous industrial facilities. There are two types of Nutsche filters: gravity Nutsche filters and pressure-type Nutsche filters.
Gravity Nutsche filters works under vacuum conditions. By their design gravity Nutsche filters is a rectangular or cylindrical device equipped with a filter membrane located above the bottom. The filter can be made of a fabric or porous ceramic tiles laid on the lattice. After filling the filter with the suspension and activation of vacuum, the filtered medium passes through the membrane. The cake is left on the membrane. When the process is complete, the cake is removed manually. The device can be equipped with a folding bottom which makes the discharge process even more simple. Advantages of gravity Nutsche filters usually include: the ability to thoroughly wash the cake, simple corrosion protection, easy and reliable design.
A gravity Nutsche filter operating under vacuum is a tank with a porous substrate inside which is called a false bottom. The porous substrate supports the filter membrane. The suspension is supplied into the filter from the top, and the space under the substrate is rarefied using a vacuum pump. This results in a pressure drop on the opposite sides of the filter membrane whereby the liquid phase passes through the membrane and gets into the lower part of the filter as a filtrate and then is removed through a fitting. The dispersed phase is retained at the filter membrane and the cake is formed. A gravity Nutsche filter can be filled with a washing liquid which is used to clean the cake. After the end of the filtration process, the gravity Nutsche filter for some time remains under vacuum conditions to reduce humidity of the cake. Then the cake can be removed manually from the top of the filter.

A typical pressure-type Nutsche filter working under excessive pressure consists of a housing with a jacket, a detachable lid, and a moving bottom. A filter membrane is located on the support lattice. Both a protective lattice and a layer of fibers can be used as a membrane. A circular membrane which supports the cake during its discharge is located above the filter membrane. The bottom can be folded and lowered at an angle convenient for manual removal of the cake from the filter medium. The Nutsche filter is provided with fittings for the supply of the suspension, compressed air and removal of the filtrate. A safety valve is provided to prevent the increase of filter pressure above the permissible level. Saturated steam is usually supplied into the jacket to perform filtration at high temperatures. This reduces the filtrate viscosity and increases its performance.
Advantages of such filters are: large driving force, fitness for the separation of suspensions releasing toxic gases.
Performance of such filter depends on the surface of the filter membrane, thickness of the cake and vacuum degree. In industrial systems, filtering surface is 1-8 m² and thickness of the cake is 40 to 450 mm. Generated vacuum is 500 to 700 mm Hg.
The main advantage of a Nutsche filter is that most of liquid can be extracted from the cake. So the liquid is only a little mixed with washing water at further washings.
Tipping Nutsche filters are used to simplify and speed up cake discharging. The housing of such filter is mounted on horizontal bearings and rotates around the horizontal axis. Tipping of such filter occurs after the washing process and the cake suction is finished.

Upon becoming the official distributer of fabric filters, our company ‘Intech GmbH’ LLC (ООО «Интех ГмбХ»), carries out the following: finds the buyers of your products on the market, conducts technical and commercial negotiations with the customers regarding the supplies of your equipment, concludes contracts. Should a bidding take place, we will collect and prepare all the documents required for the participation, conclude all the necessary contracts for the supply of your equipment, as well as register the goods (fabric filters) and conduct customs clearance procedures. We will also register a certificate of transaction (Passport of Deal) required for all foreign trade contracts in the foreign currency control department of the authorized Russian bank so that currency transaction could be effected. If required, our company will implement an equipment spacing project in order to integrate your equipment into the existing or newly built production plant.
