We can also arrange the inspection in order to obtain TR TS 010 and TR TS 012 Certificates. These certificates provides permission to operate your equipment at all industrial plants of the EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan), including the hazardous industrial facilities. Our company is eager to assist in issuing Technical Passports for pressure filters as per Russian and other EAEU countries’ requirements.

Pressure filters. This type of filters is preferred when residue is hard to compress, but has a high hydraulic resistance.
The separation quality during filtration also depends on the pressure at which this process occurs. The obtained filtrate will be cleaner, if filtration starts at a low pressure, gradually rising with increasing amounts of residue on a filter membrane.
The completeness of separation depends on how evenly the pressure is. The best results can be achieved with a uniform and continuous pressure. And if the pressure is nonuniform and it is supplied stick-slip, such as when supply ing suspensions by piston pumps, the pressure surges, arising from this, can lead to penetration of the most finely crushed particles into the filtrate.
The quality of separation is inversely proportional to filter performance. This means, that the higher the performance of the filter is, the lower separation completeness is.
The use of plate filters consisting of a number of flat rectangular filter elements is recommended if it is necessary to filter large volumes of liquid under a certain excess pressure. Let’s consider the design of filter element, shown in the drawing below:
After the residue layer, having a sufficient thickness, is formed, the suspension is forced out by compressed air out of the tank. Thereafter, the pressure is maintained to retain the cake on the filter, and the tank is filled with washing liquid to wash the residue. Discharge of the washing liquid occurs by means of compressed air. After that blowing and drying of the residue layer is produced.
It is represented by a hollow frame and a wire lattice, mounted therein. The lattice and the frame are covered with a filter fabric, fastened by a cap. Frames are fastened to the filter cover, so they can be put forward together with the cover out of the tank by means of a special truck. The filtrate discharge tube, which is located on each of the filter elements, is brought out and is provided with valve.
Operation of plate pressure filter is based on the following. The suspension is injected by compressed air or by pump through a nozzle into a closed tank of cylindrical shape. As a result of it, the forced out air goes through another tube or air valve. Once the tank is full, the air valve is automatically closed, and pressure, arising in the tank, forces the liquid to push through the filter elements. Filtrate, in its turn, is discharged through discharge pipes.

Upon becoming the official distributer of fabric filters, our company ‘Intech GmbH’ LLC (ООО «Интех ГмбХ»), carries out the following: finds the buyers of your products on the market, conducts technical and commercial negotiations with the customers regarding the supplies of your equipment, concludes contracts. Should a bidding take place, we will collect and prepare all the documents required for the participation, conclude all the necessary contracts for the supply of your equipment, as well as register the goods (fabric filters) and conduct customs clearance procedures. We will also register a certificate of transaction (Passport of Deal) required for all foreign trade contracts in the foreign currency control department of the authorized Russian bank so that currency transaction could be effected. If required, our company will implement an equipment spacing project in order to integrate your equipment into the existing or newly built production plant.
